- My wife and I both purchased Kias, since we have both had warranty issues. (Her check engine light stays on, my car doors droop and i suspect a bad engine mount) Both vehicles have less than 30,000 miles. Each time the vehicles were taken in nothing was found or we were told it was normal. Every month the check engine light comes on and they just reset it,saying that its the gas cap.The front brakes went bad and was given a quote of $360.00 to turn the rotors. $89.00 at every other Kia dealer I called. The warranty is worthless without a service dept capable and willing to solve issues.This one is neither.I have followed up with phone calls and E-mails to no availe. Bottom line is they get your money and don't care about you after that. If you dont believe me call and tell them your interested in a vehicle, see how many times they call you. As a second thought just stay away and avoid the hassle. (briguy, 10/17/2009)
